This session helps participants identify their target customers, better understand market trends, and analyze the competitive landscape surrounding their business. Entrepreneurs will explore how to define their ideal customer, evaluate market opportunities, and position their business strategically within their industry. Participants will also learn how to communicate what differentiates their business and why it is positioned for long-term success.
This session is open to all clients, whether or not you are applying for the Business Plan Competition. All entrepreneurs are encouraged to register. Registrants who cannot attend live will receive access to the session recording and materials.
