Click to Customer is a four-part e-commerce training program designed to help entrepreneurs build, strengthen, and scale their online sales presence. The program is rooted in practical, proven business practices and is structured to guide participants through the essential components of developing an effective online customer journey.
Over the course of four sessions, participants will learn how to establish a strong digital foundation, identify and reach their target audience, and implement strategies that turn website visitors into paying customers. Each session builds upon the last, providing a clear and organized learning experience that supports both understanding and application.
Participants must attend Session 1 to access the remaining sessions. Individual session registration is not available, as the program is designed to be experienced as a complete series to ensure continuity and the best learning outcomes.
The program emphasizes real-world strategies that entrepreneurs can apply immediately to improve their online performance. Participants will leave with a stronger understanding of how to position their business online, improve engagement, and increase conversions in a sustainable way.
Sessions will be held virtually on October 6, 13, 20, and 27 at 6:00 PM, allowing entrepreneurs to participate from any location while gaining valuable, hands-on guidance to support the growth of their business.
