Recipe for Success: A SmartLaunch Certificate Program for Future Food Service Entrepreneurs is the program for you. The program is designed to provide a solid foundation for opening and managing a successful restaurant or food service business. In partnership with Wilmington University, this 4 sessions program will cover such areas as: • Licensing • Inspections-How to Prepare, Do’s and Don’ts • Controlling Labor and Food Costs • Staffing/Hiring/Preventing Employee Theft • Customer Service • Building Clientele • Access to Capital • Leasing Tips For your added convenience, classes are available through live stream. If interested, please contact our offices. Classes are held at Wilmington University’s Brandywine Campus across from Concord Mall. TRUE ACCESS CAPITAL’S LOAN APPLICATION FEES ARE WAIVED FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM. Thank you for your interest in the Recipe for Success Program.
